My ancestors, Alexander and Cecilia Gladwish, founded the Curators' Alliance in the 14th Century. They sought out others who believed in their cause to spread happiness when the Grey Shadow was bringing about catastrophic suffering across the land in the form of the Great Famine and Black Death. The Alliance wanted to create another way of living, bringing communities together to protect one another.

Over the centuries, the number of Curators has grown worldwide, with Secret Seekers joining them in their quests to defeat the latest scheme of misery created by our nemesis, the Grey Shadow.

The Curators of Horsham District have unique qualities that they bring to each quest. they blend into their towns and villages, seeking out answers and listening to the words on the wind to inform them of what is coming next. Secret Seekers, you will meet them in due course and see the faces that have set the Mystery Trails for you to follow.

 

It is hard to tell the age of the Curators; they, like me, pass through time, gaining knowledge and sharing with others. New Curators step into their shoes and continue the role whilst others appear to move from one century to the next, from the world beneath our feet to the skies above. Everywhere are messages and clues that help us understand the universe that we share with each other and different species. 

 

Sadly, the work of the Curators' Alliance is never over; when one quest ends, another is hot on its heels, but we stand together, learn from what has gone before us and become stronger as we move forward.
