A thriving market village with unique shops, old inns and historical and quirky houses. A network of twittens and character streets criss-cross the village, allowing interesting walks and exploring.
Visit the museum in the Henfield Hall to find out more about the history and enjoy the vibrant High Street for eateries, farm shops and boutiques.
Henfield Common is a short walk from the High Street and there are lots of routes along the River Adur and the Downs Link Bridleway. The Sussex Prairie Garden and Woods Mill Nature Reserve are just outside of the village.

This is the walk we went on. This 12km circular walk started at Coopers Way Car Park where we first walked along the high street to see all the great things the town has to offer, before heading along the Downs Link Path and River Adur, admiring all the stunning viewpoints along the way.
